Are you torn about working at your nonprofit?
Do you believe you and your organization can make a difference?
Yet, the dysfunctions in your organization frustrate and exhaust you?
Then, this is the workshop for you. You’ll be able to share your frustrations in a confidential setting with others. We will move quickly beyond venting. You will discover the similarities and differences between your situation and others’. We’ll examine the root causes and systemic reasons why nonprofits face common challenges. Then, we’ll explore ways for you to survive your nonprofit and change it for the better. We’ll do all of this with a bit of interactive fun and laughter. Hopefully, we’ll build a community for support.
