Virtual Author Talk: Without Oars

  • The Potter's House 1658 Columbia Road Northwest Washington, DC, 20009 United States (map)

We are thrilled to be hosting a conversation between Marjory Zoet Bankson and author Wes Granberg-Michaelson about his most recent work, Without Oars: Casting Off into a Life of Pilgrimage.

In Without Oars, Granberg-Michaelson blends history, storytelling, biblical insights, personal reflections, and spiritual formation in an inviting call to discover pilgrimage as a way of life. This book offers a unique perspective on the faith journey as an embodied practice of heading into the unknown and unknowable--with all the excitement, risk, and rewards that come with letting go.

After a reading from the book, editor of InwardOutward.org, Marjory Zoet Bankson, will facilitate a conversation with the author. To access the event, please register for the zoom link here.
