Animal and environmental activists have increasingly been targeted by the state. Animal activists are currently facing felony charges for saving sickly animals, and environmental activists are being prosecuted for fighting against pipelines that will pollute our land and water.
We have to stand in solidarity with those putting their bodies on the line for animals and the earth. Join us in writing imprisoned activists to show solidarity and gratitude.
We’ll provide all the materials and a quick “how to” for anyone who would like some guidance. If you are already in touch with a prisoner, you can use the time to correspond with them. If you aren’t, we’ll have list of names and addresses.
