Clear your calendar—- on Sun Aug 17th, DMVBarters will be hosting their Summer Social Mixer! Mingle, make charm bracelets, get a tarot reading, and more at The Potter’s House from 12-3pm. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the cafe. 

This event is for members on the bartering registry– if that’s not you, you can easily join!

As expected at any DMVB event, we strongly encourage all attendees to bring a heat relief item for our neighbors in need. Please join us post-event to distribute the resources and engage with folks at Unity Park (3:15pm).

OPTIONAL: Trader tips–- we are grateful to our DMVB members offering their services at this event. In the spirit of what we do, we’re giving them the opportunity to share what goods/skills they’d be interested in, if you wanted to tip them for their services without using money.

Our tarot readers are open to receiving scrap fabric, stamps, yarn, roving or any art supplies that you may already have on hand. We’ll also have service coupons if you’d like to offer a lesson/service as a tip.
