Private Events Rental Rates

  • $150 for the first hour

  • $75 each additional hour ($500 daily max for up to 8 hours)

  • A/V fee $25

    Qualified nonprofit organizations are eligible for a discount on space use. This discount does not apply towards catering orders.


  • The community room and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

  • Our restrooms are gender neutral.

  • Our audio setup features an assisted listening system with T coil loops and headset devices.

Community Space

The community room at The Potter’s House is a dynamic multi-use space for public and private events that can accommodate up to 60 people theatre-style and 32 seated at tables.

The space has full audio/video capabilities, including a mounted video projector with 92 inch recessed screen, host computer and laptop connectivity, and touchscreen audio controls. Our microphones and stage lighting make it a great spot for an intimate performance or speaking engagement. Our wifi network and fabric wall for pushpins make it an ideal site for a board meeting or brainstorming session.

With integrated catering and coffee service, The Potter’s House community room is a convenient and affordable solution for your next gathering.
